2.2 Our role is limited to providing referrals to authorized dealerships (referred to as “Dealers”). When you refer a customer to a Dealer, the Dealer will handle the sales process, including pricing, financing, and final delivery of the vehicle.

2.3 We do not guarantee the availability, pricing, or terms of the vehicles offered by Dealers. Any agreements or transactions made between you and the Dealer are solely between you and the Dealer.

3. Compensation and Referral Fees

3.1 As a broker, you may be entitled to a referral fee for each successful sale resulting from your introduction to a Dealer (the “Referral Fee”).

3.2 The Referral Fee structure will be determined by the dealership and may vary depending on the car model or the specific Dealer.

3.3 Carlos Bahiano Resolve reserves the right to modify the Referral Fee structure at any time with prior notice.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 By using the Site and our Service, you agree to:

a. Provide accurate and truthful information when referring customers to Dealers. b. Refrain from engaging in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful conduct. c. Ensure that all information you provide does not infringe on any third-party rights. d. Not interfere with the operation of the Site, including using harmful software, viruses, or automated systems to extract data.

4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account (if applicable) and for all activities under your account.

5. No Ownership of Inventory

5.1 Carlos Bahiano Resolve does not own any inventory of vehicles and is not involved in the negotiation or sale of vehicles directly. Any vehicle purchase agreements are made directly between the customer and the Dealer.

5.2 We are not responsible for the actions, products, services, or warranties offered by the Dealers.
